Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. in Milton, WI is seeking a Transload and Spotter Technician to manage rail car spotting, unloading inbound railcars, and loading outbound sugar/oil trailers with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate a spotter truck and forklift and maintain accurate shipment records. The role requires experience with railcar movers, WMS, and FEFO procedures, and involves a Tiger shift (4:55pm–5:25am), with overtime as needed and collaboration with RC Plant and carrier

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year industrial warehouse experience with forklift operation.
• Experience operating railcar mover and spotter truck preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft D365, Warehouse Management System (WMS) would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Spot and position rail cars and trailers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Unload inbound railcars and load outbound sugar/oil trailers.
• Operate spotter semi-tractor, forklift, railcar mover and other equipment.
• Maintain shipment records and ensure FEFO/product rotation.
• Provide safe, efficient material handling and teamwork across departments.
