Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform railcar repairs in compliance with FRA and AAR rules.
• Follow Guardian Rail safety procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following OSHA and environmental rules.
• Disassemble damaged railcars and tank cars as needed.
• Set up and operate hand and power tools (welding, grinding, cutting).
• Meet AWS D15.1 freight car welding requirements and related internal procedures.
