Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem-solve.
• Able to use hand tools to repair railcars.
• Capable of basic railcar repairs and inspections.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Railcar repair and maintenance following current procedures.
