PSC Group is hiring a full-time Railcar Repair Technician to work safely around heavy equipment, railcars, and railroad tracks to coordinate and complete all railcar repairs. Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday Day Shift, occasional weekends as needed

Pay Range:

Starting at $20.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interpret work orders and follow blueprints/schematics for repairs
• Utilize mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge
• Notify materials/equipment needs to ensure task completion
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Meet quality assurance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC card
• Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug, physical, and background checks
• Military experience and ability to follow procedures are a plus
