Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Railcar Repair Supervisor in Oelwein, IA. You will lead frontline operations, coach hourly employees, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant repair activities on the shop floor.
The role requires 5+ years in railcar repair or industrial operations with supervisory experience, and familiarity with FRA/AAR rules. Competitive base salary with a 10% production bonus and full benefits are offered.

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Mechanical Railcar Repair Supervisor to lead frontline operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive daily execution on the shop floor. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is passionate about leading teams and delivering operational results.
This role is responsible for leading repair operations, overseeing hourly employees, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all work activities.

Pay Range: 69,750.00 - 85,250.00
