Stadler US is hiring a Railcar Maintenance Technician I in San Bernardino, CA. This entry-level teknician inspects, maintains, and repairs railcars to ensure safe operation and FRA compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures and safety rules.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Electrical or electromechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair railcars to FRA and company standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical components and diagnose faults.
• Assist with major repairs under supervision and document work.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety protocols.
