Job summary

PSC Group is seeking full-time Railcar Inspectors to join a team-focused company that prioritizes safety and quality training. This role offers a path to a long-term, stable career as you learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities include inspecting railcars and components, ensuring compliance with FRA and customer standards, documenting findings, and supporting root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Prior experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Inspect railcars and components thoroughly.
• Interpret drawings, weld, and nondestructive testing symbols.
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Document inspections with reports as required.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure compliance with FRA, AAR, ARS, and customer standards.
