The role features a Monday–Friday day shift with some weekends; on-site work at our facilities, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a well-established company.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a TWIC card depending on location.
• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training available.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interprets job work orders and follows blueprints/schematics to perform repairs.
• Uses basic mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge as needed.
• Notifies materials or equipment needs to complete tasks.
• Follows safety rules and company EH&S policies.
• Ensures QA standards are met for ARS, AAR, and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned to finish tasks.
