Responsibilities

• Performs visual inspection of railcars.
• Ensures railcars meet AAR/FRA requirements for interchange movement.
• Ensures all customer requirements are met.
• Images are taken to document repairs.
• Generates an accurate estimate of repairs.
• Completes inbound forms and records.
• Maintains open communication with team and customers to resolve issues.
