This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass training on operating various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general inspection of railcars before painting.
• Mix paint per vendor specifications for proper application.
• Setup and operate paint application equipment.

Ability to apply common sense understanding
