The role involves inspecting railcars while stationary, cleaning and performing minor repairs to meet company standards, and assisting with various projects to maintain efficient operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Pre-employment physical and drug testing requirements are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the condition of the railcar while stationary.
• Clean and inspect railcars, performing minor repairs per company standards.
• Assist with other projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
