Pacific Rail Services is hiring at the Harrisburg Rail Yard for a hands-on role that supports our rail operations. No CDL or prior experience is required, and full training is provided from day one. Expect outdoor work with steady overtime and a clear path to growth.

Night and day shifts are available, with starting pay at $21.88 per hour and structured raises that can lead to $55,000–$70,000 yearly in hourly wages with overtime. You’ll be part of a union-backed team near Harrisburg, PA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• No CDL or prior experience required.
• Able to work outdoors and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Drive jockey trucks to move trailers, containers and chassis.
• Climb railcars, support crane operations, and help keep trains on schedule.
• Work outdoors and participate in shift activities.
