Pacific Rail Services in Harrisburg is hiring for a hands-on yard role at the Harrisburg Rail Yard. No CDL or prior experience is required, and full training is provided from day one. You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and contribute to keeping the trains and the national supply chain moving.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Live within about 45 minutes of Harrisburg.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical capabilities test.
• No experience? No problem — training provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Drive jockey trucks to move trailers, containers, and chassis across the yard.
• Climb aboard railcars, support crane operations, and help keep trains on schedule.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and see the direct impact of your efforts every shift.
• Contribute to the national economy by ensuring a smoothly running rail network.
