Qualifications

• Full Time position
• Weekend and some holidays availability
• Early 7:00 AM start
• Flexible schedule and dependability
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Ensuring policies and procedures set forth by the company and customer are followed.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities of unloaders and checkpoint personnel (scheduling, trucking coordination).
• Monitoring performance of unloaders and actively participating in unload processes.
• Ensuring checkpoint inventory control procedures are followed (scanning out loaded inventory).
• Maintaining communication between the company and railroad customers.
• Responding to customer needs with variable daily schedules to ensure compliance.
• Promoting and practicing safety awareness
• Daily reporting and communication with the customer
• Safely work outdoors in all weather conditions and move vehicles off rail cars
