Job summary

Olsson invites engineering students to join as an internship with our Rail Water Resources team. You will contribute to hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater projects, assist in design using AutoCAD, and support documentation efforts across client projects.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and GIS tools, and may travel to field sites to observe project execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a civil or environmental engineering degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater projects.
• Prepare construction documents and write technical reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD, MicroStation, or GIS/ArcMap for design.
• May travel to job sites for field observation.
