Job summary

You will monitor sites for safety, prepare Non-Conformance Reports, maintain logs, and assist in cost estimates and contractor testing oversight. Certification and plan interpretation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ten years of MEP rail experience for senior/lead levels.
• Certifications: ICBO/NEC/ICC/NICET or deputy inspection license; OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and inspect stages to ensure conformance with plans and codes.
• Monitor sites for safety violations and prepare Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
• Review interim reports and assist in contractor payment progress; track testing activities.
