Job summary

HDR is seeking a Construction Manager II in California to lead complex rail transit projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedule activities, monitor design integration with field construction, and ensure quality and safety compliance across phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of construction planning/management experience.
Experience with construction contracts, scheduling and cost control.
Experience with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling and quality control for rail substation facilities.
Develop and implement construction procedures with project team.
Lead procurement, schedules, subcontracts, and value engineering reviews.
Administer and manage construction activities on site.
Monitor design progress related to construction requirements and QA/QC.
