Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex Rail + Transit projects based in New York City, with opportunities to contribute to projects across the United States. This role focuses on BIM model development, coordination, and digital delivery using Revit, AutoCAD, OpenBuildings Designer and Bentley/Autodesk platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects and project teams to resolve design coordination issues, implement BEPs, and maintain

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional BIM experience on rail or complex infrastructure projects.
Experience using Revit, AutoCAD and OpenBuildings Designer (Bentley).
Knowledge of BEPs, digital delivery standards and model coordination processes.
Experience performing clash detection, model validation, and QA/QC reviews.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for rail and transit projects.
Produce BIM deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, OpenBuildings Designer and related tools.
Support multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
Implement BIM standards and BEPs per project guidelines.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models, schedules, and documentation.
Perform QA/QC to ensure TYLin standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers and project teams.
Contribute to digital deliverables for all project phases.
Improve BIM workflows and templates over time.
Stay current with BIM technologies and industry best practices.
