TYLin is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex Rail + Transit projects based in New York City, with opportunities to contribute to projects across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled BIM professional to play a critical role in the digital delivery of some of the nation's most significant transportation infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional BIM experience supporting transportation, rail, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience using Revit/AutoCAD/OpenBuildings Designer (Bentley) with a background in producing engineering/architecture drawings.
• Experience developing and coordinating BIM models on large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of BEPs, digital delivery standards, and model coordination processes.
• Experience performing clash detection, model validation, and QA/QC reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for rail and transit projects including stations and tracks.
• Produce high-quality BIM deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, OpenBuildings Designer and other applications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection across engineering disciplines.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and project documentation.
