Railserve in Indiana is hiring dependable Track Welders to support track construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring travel to multiple job sites and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Arc welding experience is required.
• Thermite welding experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild railroad track components using hand tools, welding and grinding.
• Perform track maintenance tasks such as installing/removing ties, spiking, and ballast handling.
• Operate track equipment with safety and efficiency in outdoor environments.
• Inspect track condition and identify defects during site visits.
• Safely handle heavy materials and travel to multiple job sites as needed.
