Job summary

Conrad Yelvington Distributors Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Worker to support unloading railcars and site upkeep at our Florida terminals. You will assist with unloading, use basic tools, and help maintain equipment and the terminal environment.

The role requires stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures. High school diploma or GED preferred; pre-employment checks apply. Training and certification opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading railcars and upkeep of the rail terminal facility.
• Follow directions from Lead Rail or Area Manager for daily tasks at each terminal site.
• Operate shovels, brooms, and hand tools to unload railcars and maintain the site.
• Maintain terminal facility landscaping with mower and weed eater.
• Perform preventative maintenance on terminal equipment and machinery.
• Travel to other company facilities as needed and support safety compliance.
