Job description

PRS Auto is hiring immediately for new employees to inspect damage & unload/load (drive) new automobiles off of Railcars at the TDSI West Cincinnati, OH rail terminal! TDSI is a division of the CSX Railroad. No experience is required in the entry level position as we'll teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the job.

Starting Pay: $17/hr

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth for individuals interested in a career in the railroad industry. We have several locations nationwide and promote qualified individuals for future advancement. We are also seeking applicants in surrounding areas such as Sharonville, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Blue Ash.

Applicants must: currently live within a 1-hour commute of the location. Out-of-area candidates and those requiring relocation will not be considered.

Schedules vary, and flexibility for start and finish times is required. Availability during weekends and holidays is also necessary.

Job Duties:

1. Inspect vehicles inside railcars before taking possession to prevent damage.
2. Set railcars up for loading/unloading.
3. Unload/load (drive) new automobiles off of Railcars.

Employment Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug test.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs overhead, and climb various heights (not afraid of heights).
• No GED or high school diploma required.

Note: You'll be employed by PRS Auto and not directly by the railroad.

Additional Requirements (Spanish):

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• No felony convictions in the past 7 years.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
