Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Alpharetta, Georgia, invites you to a 10–12 week internship focused on Rail Traction Components Project Management. You will learn planning, project specifications, progress monitoring, risk management, and how to build customer relationships while managing project documentation.

As a Project Management Intern, you will support a Project Manager on domestic components projects and collaborate with teams in the US and Europe, gaining hands‑on experience in a global engineering

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Project Management or Business Management (International a plus).
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a Project Manager in one of our component projects domestically.
• Interface with our Headquarters in Germany when needed.
• Work autonomously in a project team on small work packages.
• Attend internal and external meetings for the project.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers in the US and Europe on customer correspondence, documentation, production, commissioning and certification topics.
