Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality engineering, systems testing, process/manufacturing engineering, or industrial automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or formal Lean / Continuous Improvement training.
• Strong proficiency in electromechanical systems, schematic reading, diagnostic tools, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria for functional, integration, regression, system, and failure-condition testing across hardware, software, sensors, actuators, and AI models.
• Identify, reproduce, document, track, and validate resolution of system defects.
• Diagnose electrical and electromechanical issues using schematics, multimeters, scopes, signal generators, and continuity tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and analyze operational data to address recurring failure trends and improve quality, safety, throughput, and reliability.
• Partner with electrical, mechanical, software, AI, DevSecOps, and field operations teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Produce clear technical reports, investigation summaries, test results, and improvement recommendations.
