Job summary

MTS is seeking a Serviceperson to perform general maintenance, repair, cleaning and landscaping for all trolley stations, parking lots, right-of-ways, buildings and yards. The role includes varied shifts (morning or afternoon), nights, weekends and holidays based on seniority, with overtime as needed to ensure operations.

Essential duties cover station cleaning, equipment transport, lawn care, and minor construction tasks. A valid CA driver's license is required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and apply MTS policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings for assignments and instructions.
• Travel to stations, substations, parking lots, and yards by company vehicle or trolley.
• Bring all necessary equipment to designated locations.
• Clean stations, remove trash, and maintain platforms.
• Operate forklifts if trained and qualified.
• Landscape stations and substations including trimming and irrigation tasks.
• Load supplies and assist with concrete work and repairs.
