Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems).
  • 3–5 years in safety, reliability, or quality engineering in transportation or industrial sectors.
  • Proficient with FTA, FMEA, reliability modeling and EN50126/28/29.
  • Strong risk management, system integration and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety and reliability analyses to ensure scalable rail solutions across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety standards and reliability best practices.
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to maximize system reliability and minimize operational risks.
  • Champion innovative approaches to safety engineering, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
