Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems).
- 3–5 years in safety, reliability, or quality engineering in transportation or industrial sectors.
- Proficient with FTA, FMEA, reliability modeling and EN50126/28/29.
- Strong risk management, system integration and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety and reliability analyses to ensure scalable rail solutions across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety standards and reliability best practices.
- Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to maximize system reliability and minimize operational risks.
