Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting for a Product Support Engineer - Rolling Stock (Electrical Bias) to cover UK-wide projects. The role involves fault finding, diagnostics, and retrofit work on locomotives and passenger stock, with significant travel and lodging requirements across the UK.

Expect around 40 hours plus overtime in a permanent arrangement. The position offers a £45,000 annual salary with substantial overtime, a company van and other travel perks, and opportunities to work on major

Qualifications

• Previous rolling stock experience.
• Strong electrical engineering/fault-finding background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively and lodge away from home.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on rolling stock.
• Carrying out retrofit and modification work on locomotives and passenger rolling stock.
• Investigating and resolving electrical and technical faults.
• Working on braking and other vehicle systems.
• Supporting a range of UK and international rolling stock projects.
• Completing work safely and to the required engineering standards.
• Travelling to customer sites and projects across the UK.
