Job summary

Siemens Mobility in New York City is offering a 10–12-week internship for a Rail Infrastructure Project Management Assistant Intern. You will join the Rail Infrastructure of North America, working with CBTC projects on the NY subway and collaborating with project managers and engineers.

We seek rising sophomores or juniors pursuing a BA/BS in a technical field, willing to devote 40 hours weekly from June to August, with US work authorization and leadership/analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Education / Majors: Current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited college or university and majoring in a technical area with strong technical or analytical aptitude.
• Availability: 40 hours per week from June to August.
• Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project core team meetings.
• Contribute to requirement tracing.
• Contribute to planning and progress monitoring of work packages.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement initiative.
