Job summary

Purple Line Transit Operators is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support parts inventory, shipping, receiving, and general warehousing in the Maryland area.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, assist with audits, track maintenance supplies, pull parts for technicians, and help uphold safety standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and forklift experience are a plus, and the role requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in parts/inventory support.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and assist with audits.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities.
• Track maintenance-related supplies.
• Assist technicians with parts issuance.
• Follow safety regulations and SDS requirements.
• Support shop operations and office duties.
