Job summary

BNSF Railway is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support rail operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage train and railcar reporting, coordinate with customs and internal teams, and serve as a primary contact for external customers to ensure smooth freight flow.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an office setting. Training is provided, with travel minimal and a full‑time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Typing speed minimum 35 wpm; pass typing test.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate or correct train and railcar reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and safe movement of trains.
• Interface with CBP, customs brokers, and internal customers to clear freight and maintain flow across gateways.
• Serve as primary contact for external customers and collaborate with BNSF departments to resolve issues.
