Job summary

Plastic Express is seeking a Rail Operations Supervisor to manage essential rail functions in a safety-sensitive environment. You will lead Loadout & Washout activities, supervise staff, and coordinate maintenance and documentation across rail operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, rail/refinery experience preferred, and the ability to work overtime. This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure safe, compliant operations at our Savannah

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior rail and/or refinery experience preferred.
• Must pass Rail King and Rail Systems Training courses.
• Strong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Loadout & Washout operations and staff.
• Coordinate maintenance of loadout, wash, and rail equipment.
• Record-keeping and communication of issues with management.
• Manage railcar washing/loading activities and safety procedures.
• Plan and coordinate rail movements with the rail crew.
