Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate a safety-first approach and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of demanding work including lifting and climbing.
• Prior railroad/industrial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trains and switching movements.
• Inspect equipment and ensure FRA compliance.
• Couple/uncouple railcars and perform switching operations.
• Communicate clearly with train crews, dispatchers, and customers.
• Operate locomotives safely and perform routine servicing.
