Job description

Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to utilize your winters off for travel, hunting, fishing, or other personal activities, while benefits continue year-round.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely move freight, stock, and materials by hand or using heavy equipment.
2. Drive vehicles or operate machinery to complete assignments.
3. Perform or schedule repairs and preventive maintenance, sometimes at elevated platforms with heavy tools.
4. Load and unload railcars or trucks.
5. Inspect incoming materials and verify receipts.
6. Keep records of materials received.
7. Maintain and clean vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
8. Recommend safety improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA, and other regulations.
10. Attend training sessions.
11. Travel as required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensure and a good driving record.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include overtime, nights, and Saturdays.
