Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position allowing you to enjoy your winters off for activities like travel, hunting, or fishing, while benefits continue year-round.

• Complete laboring tasks and operate small equipment to produce quality asphalt.
• Prepare jobsites for sealcoating and crack filling.
• Operate skid steer, roller, tractor as needed.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment/tools.
• Work 50-65 hours per week, weather permitting.
