Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Project Planner, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; reports with Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create Project Plans from first principles with MSP and P6.
• Monitor contractual and payment milestones.
• Support in development of robust project controls and metrics.
• Obtain schedules from suppliers and sub-contractors to develop overall schedule.
• Maintain governance documentation and advise on enhancements.
• Conduct variance analysis and complete corrective actions.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for full planning with MS Office integration.
• Develop WBS and ensure alignment with contracts and project objectives.
• Perform risk and root-cause analysis and track issues to resolution.
• Apply earned value management techniques and manage changes and pricing.
