Qualifications

• English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for 6-12 hours on uneven surfaces.
• Lift 60–80 lbs. without mechanical assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate machinery at heights.
• Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test required.
• MSHA Part 48 certification (training available on-site).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and inspect railcars for accurate shipments of aggregate materials and silica sand.
