Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Fleet Management, Railroad Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations, maintenance management, or related technical environment.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, computer, and network systems.
• Experience using data to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT compliance and Hours of Service requirements.
• Maintain fleet uptime and operational readiness across rail inspection assets.
• Manage preventive maintenance and coordinate inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain records, registrations, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve reliability.
• Manage relationships with service providers and vendors.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Support ultrasonic inspection systems and related technologies.
• Travel up to 15% to support operations.
