Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a locomotive/trackmobile following procedures.
• Ability to coordinate switching cars and determine clearances.
• Ability to handle switches and hand brakes per company programs.
• Must walk track to monitor conditions and report irregularities.

Responsabilités

• Operate locomotive/trackmobile to move rail cars as directed.
• Coordinate switching of cars between tracks and verify clearances.
• Handle switches and hand brakes according to policy.
• Walk the track to monitor conditions and report issues to management.
• Record data/Dispatch and operate scales for incoming ingredients.
• Unload feed ingredients and route to storage silo; obtain quality analysis.
• Lift and use hand tools for unloading ingredients; perform minor maintenance.
• Work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments; irregular hours as needed.
