Job summary

Knorr Brake Company is seeking an HVAC Specialist I for an on-site role in Westminster, MD. The ideal candidate will perform prebuild inspections, brazing, wiring, and assembly of HVAC units for rail cars, following drawings and instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel and word processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform prebuild inspections and mechanical/electrical assembly.
• Follow work instructions and safety/quality standards.
• Assemble HVAC units and components per drawings; brazing, wiring, and fitting parts.
