CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a general facility associate to load and unload rail cars and trucks. The role performs a wide variety of duties based on daily operation needs and may involve heavy equipment, quality checks, and documentation.

You will participate in the Safety Program, follow OSHA and environmental regulations, and help with housekeeping. Education is a high school diploma; experience is optional, with overtime, strong benefits, and a 401(k) match offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required (of note).
• Preferred: 1 year in an industrial setting.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate location.
• Perform rail duties (prep, unload, load, placement) where applicable.
• Weigh trucks and grade grain; complete documentation timely and legibly.
• Maintain general housekeeping and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and work with grain storage/transfer.
