Qualifications

• 2 years of mechanical repair and assembly experience or automotive repair background.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with common hand tools and shop equipment (drill press, lathe, media blaster, mill, hydraulic press).
• Able to read drawings, test procedures, and manuals in English.
• Experience working under ISO9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical parts such as motors, rectifier modules, and load regulators.
• Disassemble, clean, and wash electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components.
• Perform broken screw and bolt extraction, and repair damaged threads using a tap and die.
• Assist with building test fixtures, including soldering, wiring, and basic metal fabrication.
• Perform final testing and quality assurance procedures before moving products to the shipping area.
• Accurately fill out and maintain equipment log sheets.
• Assist with receiving shipments, packing items for outbound shipping, and storing items in proper warehouse locations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of components needed to complete assigned repairs.
• Meet or exceed production goals and deadlines, and perform other duties as assigned.
