We are looking for an Electro-mechanical Technician to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. This is an onsite position offering $35/hr. on a W2 basis. The role is expected to last at least 12 months with the potential for permanent placement. Candidates will operate on a 9/80 schedule and must be eligible to secure a Secret clearance. Applicants should possess either a 2-year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly processes.
• Expertise in utilizing various electrical and manual hand tools.
• Ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical diagrams.
• High level of precision and manual dexterity.
• Capability to perform micro/nano scale assembly and testing to ensure near-zero defect rates.
• Knowledge or certification in J-STD-001 standards.
• Experience executing tests with specialized electronic equipment.
• Competence in documenting and generating accurate test reports.
• Willingness to participate in a practical skills assessment during the interview process.

• Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Education and Experience
