Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking a Rail Equipment Maintenance Operator in the United States. This field-based role offers on-the-job training, a physically demanding outdoor environment, and opportunities to travel across rail lines.

You will work long weeks with a rotating schedule and play a key role in keeping equipment safe and operational. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Loram's rail maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively via radio, in person, and in writing.
• Follow FRA, OSHA, and Loram safety protocols; participate in training to develop skills.
