Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with railway operations and dispatching preferred.
• Ability to perform under stress and coordinate in emergent situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Train Dispatchers and oversee the Daily Operating Plan.
• Monitor safety, service, productivity and financial metrics.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers and manage contingencies.
• Track delays and performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee multiple systems (NEXUS, TRAM, CTC, CMA, Crew Balancer).
