Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Supervision experience, Locomotive Engineer/Rail Conductor
• Locomotive Engineer certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Field of Study Preferred: Logistics, Business

Responsibilities

• Oversee the rail operation, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate daily rail movements with rail service provider CSX and all rail destinations
• Monitor rail operations to ensure compliance and achieve daily loading targets
• Adjust rail schedules and optimize workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Identify and address rail bottlenecks or issues to minimize downtime
