CPKC is seeking a front-line Engineering Leader to oversee bridge and culvert construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across a North American rail network. You will guide both in-house and contractor teams, promoting a culture of safety and reliability.

The role requires at least 4 years of railroad bridge construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate with Procurement and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of railroad bridge construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Passport with ability to travel to U.S./Canada is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and issue construction RFPs with Procurement Team.
• Direct scheduling, execution and material ordering for bridge and culvert projects.
• Plan and coordinate track block plans with Operations.
• Track and manage bridge and culvert projects within budgets.
• Conduct safety testing of contractors to verify compliance.
• Audit projects to ensure alignment with CP KC standards.
• Ensure environmental requirements are met in collaboration with Environmental Team.
