Qualifications

• As a RAG Application Engineer, you design and implement end-to-end query workflows with embeddings, hybrid retrieval, and reranking.
• You will secure APIs, enforce authentication/authorization, and ensure robust retry, timeout, and error handling.
• You containerize services and collaborate with Cloud, Security, Data, and SRE teams.
• TS/SCI clearance is required; HS diploma or GED is a minimum education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Build backend or platform services using Python or Java.
• Design/integrate RAG workflows including embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
• Implement API pipelines, orchestration, and service routing for AI model and search calls.
• Ensure secure access control and resilient service behavior; containerize with Docker and deploy to ECS/EKS/Kubernetes.
