Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking an Operator – RAFT to oversee fishing tool services at well sites. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of fishing tools, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective operations.

With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the oilfield and a valid driver's license, you will work independently and lead operations while managing third-party personnel. We offer a competitive benefits package including health savings accounts, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in oilfield with working knowledge of rigs.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Able to work under pressure in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for fishing tool services at a well site.
• Diagnose the cause of problems and develop solutions.
• Lead and direct fishing operation activities.

Skills

Knowledge of duplex, triplex pumps
