Iowa Radon Defense is seeking a Project Specialist – Radon System Installer to install residential radon systems following a documented process. You’ll review job specs, pull materials, load your truck, run your jobs independently, collect payment on-site, and close the job in the system the same day.

The role emphasizes quality and independence. Licensing and certification are provided and funded by us, with opportunities for advancement within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Must obtain licensed credential within 30 days; licensing and exam costs are covered by us.
• Backgrounds that translate well: electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, general contractors, handymen.

Responsibilities

• Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process.
• You run your jobs independently, collect payment on-site, close out the job in the system the same day and leave every site cleaner than you found it.
• You’ll also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job: customer check-in, yard sign, and door hangers before you leave.
