Job summary

Missouri Radon Relief is seeking installers to set up residential radon mitigation systems and work directly with homeowners during each installation. No radon experience required; we provide specialized training and certifications from day one to help you succeed.

You’ll review designs, install fans and PVC routing, explain systems to homeowners, and perform quality checks. The role includes maintaining tools and operating with a reliable, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Trades experience transfer to this position from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry or related trades.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and climbing ladders.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors/in varying weather.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently with attention to quality.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review system design and job specs before each installation.
• Install radon mitigation fans and route PVC piping.
• Explain the completed system to homeowners.
• Perform final quality checks and complete job documentation/photos.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and work vehicle.
